The Netherlands and Flanders pull together for candidacy
The fifth Flemish-Dutch summit took place on 4 November. During this meeting, the highest political level discusses cooperation on specific topics. Minister Van Engelshoven and Minister Crevits also discussed the Einstein Telescope.
They recognise the importance of the Einstein Telescope for science, innovation and the economy. The Netherlands and Flanders also agreed to work towards a politically supported Belgian-Dutch-German partnership.
